Understanding Payments and Fees
How payments, fees, and payouts work in NaboSpot (may vary during the pilot).
As a Host
- Listing a parking space is free — you can add as many as you want.
- As a host, you decide the hourly and daily price for your parking spot.
- NaboSpot partners with Stripe to offer secure financial services and manage host payouts.
- Payouts are scheduled weekly and transferred according to the payout schedule (may vary during the pilot phase).
- The Stripe payout charge is deducted from the transferred amount (0.25% + 0.25 USD per payout).
As a Driver
- Drivers can add a payment method securely in their profile (NaboSpot uses Stripe as our secure financial partner).
- Drivers pay the host rental cost plus a service fee.
- Service fee during the pilot phase is 15% of the rental price with a minimum of 10 NOK.
- Service fees may be waived for bookings between housing cooperative (Borettslag) residents if policy requires free rental.
