Welcome to NaboSpot, a peer-to-peer parking marketplace operated by Ali Tech (Sole Proprietorship, Norway, Org. No. 936 298 818). NaboSpot connects Drivers with private parking space Hosts to rent parking spots safely and efficiently.

Pilot notice: NaboSpot is currently operating in a limited pilot phase. During this period, availability, features, pricing, and operational processes may change.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

2. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User responsibilities

Drivers must follow Host rules, respect booking times, comply with local regulations, and maintain any required insurance. Hosts must ensure they have the legal right to rent out the parking space and that the listing information is accurate.

4. Listings and bookings

Availability, access instructions, restrictions, and pricing are set by Hosts (within platform rules). NaboSpot may remove listings or content that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments is processed by third-party providers. Prices and fees may change during the pilot. Where applicable, you agree to the third-party provider’s terms.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms may vary by booking and Host policies. During the pilot, refunds and dispute processes may be handled with additional manual review.

7. Safety and disputes

NaboSpot provides a marketplace platform and does not guarantee outcomes of interactions between users. If an issue occurs, contact support and provide relevant details.

8. Termination

NaboSpot may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, fraud, safety risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of NaboSpot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
