Ali Tech Holding AS(Org. No. 937 402 627) operates NaboSpot and is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Norwegian and EU data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Personal data we collect

• Phone number (optional at registration; required for transaction-based features)

Booking and listing information

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction metadata such as transaction ID and payment status.

• Basic usage analytics
• Push notification identifiers (e.g., Expo push tokens / Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens), when push notifications are enabled

Push notification identifiers are used only to deliver service-related notifications (for example, booking updates, verification, or important account notices). They are not used for advertising purposes.

4. Account deletion

Users may permanently delete their account within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Personal profile data is removed upon deletion. Certain transactional records may be retained where legally required for accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

5. Information shared between drivers and hosts

When a parking booking is made, certain information about the driver and the parking space may be shared between the parties involved in the booking in order to enable the service to function safely and effectively.

For example:

• The host may see the driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle information (such as license plate, make, model, or color) so they can identify the vehicle and contact the driver if necessary regarding the booking.
• The driver may see the parking space details and access instructions provided by the host.

This information sharing is necessary to facilitate the parking booking, resolve access issues, and ensure safe use of the parking space. Contact information is shared only between the driver and host involved in a specific booking and is not publicly visible to other users.

6. Sharing of data

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email and SMS service providers used to send verification and service notifications
• Push notification services used to deliver app notifications
• Payment processors (for example Stripe) to process payments and payouts

We do not sell personal data.
