What is NaboSpot?
NaboSpot is a peer-to-peer marketplace for private parking spots. Drivers can book parking near their destination, and hosts can earn from renting out their underutilized parking spaces.

Not yet. NaboSpot is rolling out gradually. Availability may vary during the pilot phase.

How do I book a parking spot?
Search by destination and time, choose a spot, and book securely. You’ll receive directions and access instructions. For more details, please see the user guide Finding the Perfect Parking Spot.

How do I list my parking space?
Create a listing, set pricing and availability, and manage booking requests manually or automatically (depending on settings). For more details, please see the user guide Host Guide: Listing Your Space.

Can I require rental pre-approval?
Yes, you can mark your parking space to require pre-approval so you can approve or decline rental requests.

Can rentals within housing cooperatives (Borettslag) be limited to residents only?
Yes. Cooperatives can define policies such as coop-only sharing and guest access rules.

How do payments work?
NaboSpot partners with Stripe for secure financial services. Driver needs to add a payment method to their profile to pay for their rentals.
